Before working as a Business Consultant I have worked at all levels of management, from production management to general management. This range of experience has taught me how to deal with the jigsaw puzzle that is a business.
A business, any business no matter the size, is a jigsaw puzzle with names on the pieces not colours. Pieces named Accounts Receivable, People and Culture and others. Management’s role is to keep all the pieces together so you can to see the full picture otherwise you do not know what is going on in your business. Lose a piece and the picture is now incomplete.
I believe I have the qualifications, (Master Business Administration (MBA)) and more than 40 years of admin experience to help you to be more profitable, more efficient and less stressed.
